Spindrift Return Policy

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

Sparkling Water:

We don’t accept returns of product or do exchanges of product. if your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong Spindrift order, please reach out to our Customer Service team immediately by emailing shop@drinkspindrift.com.

Merchandise Exchanges:

Spindrift gladly accepts exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective lifestyle and apparel purchased in our online store within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

In order to process an exchange for an online order, please email shop@drinkspindrift.com with your order number, email address you use to purchase, and reason for return/exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, such as UPS so you can retain the tracking number, for your records.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return and ship your exchanged item.
